Orders totaling over one hundred dollars, including shipping, must be paid in advance. Simply include a check or money order with your mailed order. Orders totaling under one hundred dollars, including shipping, will be sent along with an invoice for books, shipping charges, and any applicable taxes.

Shipping and handling charges depend on the size of your order. The minimum shipping charge (one book) is $2.50. Allow $1.00 for each additional book up to a total of eight books. Books will be sent by U.S. Mail, Book Rate, unless otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after verification.

Sorry, we do not accept credit cards at this time. We plan to add other means of payment in the near future.
